It’s time to post your OHSA 300 Log

It’s that time of year again where covered employers need to post their OSHA 300A logs from February 1st to April 30th.  The summary Form 300A reports a business’s total year-end number of fatalities, missed workdays due to injury or illness on the job, job transfers or restrictions, and injuries and illnesses as recorded on Form 300. It also includes the number of employees and the hours they worked for the year.

Which Employers Does This Rule Apply To?
Employers with more than 10 employees are required to track injuries and illnesses and post the form each year. Certain low hazard industries are exempt. To find out if your business is , visit the OSHA website for Industries Covered by Recordkeeping Rule.
