Carla earned her bachelor’s degree from California State University, Fullerton and holds a Professional Certificate in Human Resources Management from the University of California, Irvine. She began her career in Human Resources, where she developed a strong understanding of employee needs and organizational support. That foundation naturally led her to the employee benefits side of the insurance industry, where she enjoys helping clients navigate their benefits strategies and create meaningful solutions for their employees.
Outside of work, Carla enjoys traveling, taking weekend road trips, and spending time with her family. Her favorite role is being a mom and cheering on her kids at baseball, swimming, and gymnastics.
