Dylan comes to C3 bringing nearly 20 years of employee benefits and HR expertise to clients across Southern California. He works with employers to build benefits strategies that support their people, strengthen retention, and manage costs effectively.
A dual certified senior HR professional (SPHR, SHRM-SCP), Dylan approaches every client relationship through an HR lens. He partners with HR leaders and C suite executives to create benefits solutions that work for employees, the HR function, and the business as a whole.
Dylan is an active member of the Southern California HR community. Over the course of his career he has been actively engaged in several HR organizations including PIHRA, SHRM, NHRA, Human Resources Direct Network, and the Association of Legal Administrators.
Dylan lives in San Clemente with his son and daughter. When he’s not at work he spends his time at the gym, enjoying outdoor activities, or at the ice-rink watching his kids play hockey. Fun fact: Dylan is a licensed sky-diver with over 160 jumps!
