He reviews contracts for insurance requirements, prepares submissions, and partners with producers to market renewals and new business, negotiating with carriers and comparing quotes for both price and coverage. Once a program is bound, he checks policies, endorsements, and audits for accuracy, handles certificates and premium financing, and stays involved through the claims process so clients always know where things stand.
James brings extensive experience in commercial lines servicing, along with a sharp eye for detail and a talent for turning dense policy language into clear, practical summaries. Producers, carrier partners, and clients alike rely on his organization and responsiveness.
Based in Riverside, James spends his time outside the office volunteering, teaching Sunday school to second graders and enjoying time with his family.
