Lady works with a wide range of commercial clients on property, general liability, commercial auto, workers’ compensation, management liability, cyber, and specialty lines. She builds clear, thoughtful proposals that lay out coverage and cost side by side, so decisions never feel like guesswork. Whether she’s working through a workers’ comp audit, sorting out contract and certificate requirements, or shaping a renewal strategy, she takes a hands-on approach and sees each issue through to the end.
Born in Sacramento and raised in the Bay Area, Lady earned her Bachelor of Science in Business from San Diego State University. Like many in the industry, she fell into insurance by chance and quickly found it was a perfect fit for her love of problem-solving and working closely with people.
Outside the office, Lady enjoys pickleball, hiking, and camping.
