Throughout her career, Lisa has worked with a diverse portfolio of businesses, including life sciences, technology, manufacturing, construction, private equity-backed companies, and nonprofit organizations. She specializes in helping clients navigate complex insurance programs, identify potential coverage gaps, and develop practical risk management solutions tailored to their business needs.

Lisa holds the Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR), Associate in Insurance Services (AIS), and Associate in General Insurance (AINS) designations. She also enjoys mentoring colleagues, sharing industry knowledge, and finding ways to improve processes and strengthen client service.
Outside of work, Lisa enjoys photography, creative projects, fitness, and playing competitive billiards. She values time with her husband, daughter, and family and enjoys the Southern California lifestyle.
