Marife Molina’s role at C3 Risk & Insurance is to drive strategic initiatives to deliver industry-leading revenue growth. Her responsibilities including producer recruitment, training, and supporting a strong sales culture that is aligned with C3’s values- Creativity, Collaboration, and Caring for our Customers and our people. She brings over 15 years of experience in the insurance industry, primarily on the insurance carrier side, where she drove strong growth results in a variety of leadership roles including launching and leading Chubb’s M&A and Private Equity Practice for the Western US as well as managing Chubb’s Orange County and San Diego Region P&L and Operations for Personal Lines and Commercial Lines.
Marife has a true passion for meeting with clients to understand their operations, culture, and priorities and working hand-in-hand with them to deliver custom insurance solutions tailored to their needs and the ever-changing insurance market. She is ultra passionate about supporting diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives in the insurance industry and specifically helping to mentor and support future generations of female leaders coming up in the industry.
Fun facts about Marife: She was born and raised in Hawaii, is an avid Star Wars fan, and is an adrenaline junkie who loves to travel the world and climb mountains/surf/jump off cliffs. She is a proud bonus mama of 3 kids that she co-parents with her boyfriend and loves spending time with her amazing modern blended family.
