Suzanna Bittner leads operations at C3 Risk & Insurance Services, which includes technology, AI, IT, licensing, marketing, and communications. A certified Project Management Professional, she brings experience across insurance, employee benefits, and health and wellness.
Since joining C3 in 2022, Suzanna has led the agency’s company-wide adoption of Claude AI, helping the team put new tools to work in their everyday jobs. She was recognized as a 2026 San Diego Business Journal Leader of Influence in Technology.
Suzanna is known for juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and managing the expectations of many stakeholders, always with heart, empathy, and thoughtfulness.
Born and raised in San Diego, Suzanna loves being outdoors, whether that’s enjoying the beach or hiking in the mountains. She also enjoys cooking new recipes and spending time with her family, friends, and dog, Marley.
