Vanessa is a Client Services Coordinator who helps clients navigate the day-to-day details of their commercial insurance programs with clarity and care. She works closely with Client Managers and clients to manage certificates of insurance, endorsements, loss runs, and general account support, ensuring requests are handled accurately and promptly so clients can stay focused on their operations.
Vanessa holds a degree in Culinary Arts and later moved into public health and began her career in commercial insurance in 2015, where she developed a strong focus on clear communication and reliable client service.
Raised in a military family, Vanessa grew up in communities across the United States and spent her very early childhood in Australia. Outside of work, Vanessa volunteers with Night to Shine through the Tim Tebow Foundation. She enjoys spending time on Florida’s beaches, watching rocket launches along the Space Coast, reading (especially fantasy novels), and making the most of her time with her family, including her daughter and grandson.
